An eight year old girl was run over by her mother

This is according to MSNBC news. According to the news story the little girl was run over while the mother was backing up the lawnmower.

Now the question here is: How stupid is the mother? Why was her daughter playing in the yard while the mother was cutting grass? Does the mother not understand that lawnmowers pick up sticks and rocks and throws them across the yard?

Maybe it’s just me but the mother should be brought up on charges of child endangerment. How stupid do you have to be?
