Mowing the Lawn

It seems foolish to sit around and tell people that they have to be careful while mowing the lawn. After all, anyone using a mower is pushing around a piece of steal that is moving over 200 mph.

But I guess if people had common sense then the mowers would not have all the safety features and over 10,000 children would not be taken to the hospital each year. Lawn mower injuries include deep cuts, loss of limbs, broken bones, burns and eye injuries.

I personally would not let anyone under the age of 16 cut the grass. And I would not let them anyone play in the yard while I was cutting the grass. Common sense seems to escape a lot of people but please do not let your children get hurt while you are doing something stupid.
